Product Description

The process setup consists ofheating tank fitted with thyristor-controlled heater for on line heating of thewater. Water is supplied from laboratory constant head tank and its flow can bemanipulated and measured by provided Rotameter. The temperature of the heatedwater is sensed by RTD sensor. This measured variable through TemperatureTransmitter is communicated to Digital Indicating Controller. Error iscalculated and output, accordingly, is communicated to Thyristor Controlledheater to achieve the Set Point. These units along with necessary piping aresupported in a well-designed housing and are fixed on base plate.
